2. Find your next furniture

3. Make Payment (delivery is FREE on Gold items)

In addition to all the online privileges, Landlords will be hands-off. Agents will handle these postings on behalf of the landlord.

Co-Living Gold Listing Privileges

Just like SnL, after the application is complete. Our agents will handle all the rest for you. Schedule your meet ups and mediate all meetups. Background check will also be carried out on all accepted Bomates. Additionally, a tenement agreement will be drawn up for you.

Sales and Lettings Silver Listing Landlords here like the gold members will receive featured listings and full site operations. However, they do not have access to agents. Members at this level handle their own, schedules etc. Market Place Silver Listing

Co-Living Silver listing privilege

Customers will receive a list of 25 Bomates after the property is listed and payment is complete​​​​​​​

Bronze members are DIY members (do-it-yourself). We offer only customer service and technical support to such members beyond exposure. They may post their property for free but they get no priority, no agent assistance beyond customer service and only 2 photos. They also do not get a list of co-living matches unless they pay for it.
